Find Transitional and Sober Housing
Transitional housing is supportive housing that helps fight the homeless problem in todays society. Transitional housing is generally for a limited time period. Stays can be from two weeks to twenty four months.
Transitional housing provides people with help after a crisis such as homelessness or domestic violence. Currently we have over 5,152 transitional housing locations in our database. We also provide as much information on each housing location along with pictures.
Families can call daily to get on screening list. Screening takes place twice a month (2nd and 4th Thursday). When approved, family has an interview with staff. Once accepted, they move into a furnished apartment unit. Program last a year to work on employment, credit repair, and savings to transition into their own place.
